Romans 15:5 " May the God of endurance and encouragement grant you to live in such harmony with one another."

 This is what He wanted, the whole time! It's so easy to sit in judgement, like Job's friends. Saying how all his problems would be solved if he would just repent. But we don't actully know that. Only God does. It's just easier to correct others than ourselves. Jesus said "Love one another." And if we could do that by encouraging, just think what a wonderful world it would be.  Out of the burning bush, the first thing God told the jews through Moses was, "I am that I am." Which means these pharisees knew exactly what Jesus meant when He said this. Ecc. 7:28 "God has made man, but man looks for many devices."

 That could just as well say, "Man looks for anything better." But that's not possible. God is good, in every possible sense. He doesn't just do good things, God  is  goodness itself. That might be confusing, but every good thing comes from God, every good thing happens because of God. Gen. 15:1 "I am thy portion."

               My Bible fell to this verse, wthout my seeking, at a time of uncertainty and anxiety. But God knew, and He led me to that pomise. Because He's that for me.
