Psakm 95:6 "O come, let us worship and bow down, let us kneel before the Lord, our Maker!"

We've forgotten what worshio really is. If you survey 21st century people, most would say that it's a thing you attend. Others, a way that you feel. And while those aren't exactly wrong, they miss the point. Because, really, it's the way your body responds when there's someone just so poweful that your mind can barely process. And yeah, we attend meetings to try and feel this thing, but more than that, It's how we can't help but act before our Lord, God, and King. Nehemiah 8:10 C "And do not be grieved. For the joy of the Lord is your strength."

There's work to be done. Homes to build, fields to till, lives that need to be filled with words of wisdom, as we set about building God's Kingdom. But there's coming a time to rest and be blessed. A time when we'll go out, eating the fat of the land, and drinking sweet wine. And we can know, in the meantime, the joy of the Lord is our strength. Matt.11:28 "Come unto me, all who are weary...and I will give you rest."

Somebody once told me, "If you're not tired yet, you will be." Everybody has stuff at some point that just wears on 'em. Ironically, this life we all live is too much for any one of us to handle. Fortunately, we're never actually alone. And when things get too heavy, He'll help bear the load. If that message blessed   you, you'll love my main site-www.voiceintha.com  And then, tell your friends!

John 8:32 "And you shall know thow trurth, and the truth shall set you free.

What is this truth? Well, a few chapters ago (3:16,) to be exact, John said thatGod loved the   world, and sent His Son, so anybody who believes that can live forever. Plus, we get access to every promise given in scripture. Because, who the Son sets free is free indeed. And if you enjioyed that message, check out my main site-www.voicintha.com  And then, tell your friends!

Micah 7:19 ''He will again have compassion upon us; He will tread our iniquities under foot."

This doesn't mean that God ignores human rebellion. No, this statement comes after a long account of just what trouble Israel's bad behavior got them into. But this is a reminder that no matter what we do, He'll be merciful, eventually. Which means, if we repent, He'll show us mercy. Psalm 116:1 "I love the Lord, because he has heard my voice and my supplications."

He's absolutely a "very present help." We may not be able to see God face-to-face, but we know He's there, because He does stuff only He can do. John says how "God is light, and in Him is no darkness." What that means is, while He lets bad stuff happen, (For our good,) He doesn't do bad stuff. He does see everything, though. And He promised to never leave us. Which sounds nice and all. Except the One True God actually keeps all His promises. And if that mesage encouraged you, why not check out my main site-www.voiceintha.com  And then, tell your friends!

Psalm 42:8 "By day the Lord commands his steadfast love,

And at night his song is with me, a prayer to the God of my life." Isn't it awesome, how God cares for us constantly? I mean, every time the sun comes up, every breath inside my lungs, they weren't my idea. Fankly, I don't even know where I'd start. But He knows and controls all the pieces of all the things by heart. And if you don't know Him just yet, He'll let you get there. Just accept Him, and be blessed. Psalm 16:8 "I keep the Lord always before me; because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved."

Life is full ofstruggles. And, as they say, "The struggle is real!" But Jesus says, He thinks of us as friends. Which means, we have a friend who can walkthrough walls, speak every language, and feed thousands off of just two fish. And that's just for starters. Plus, He's our very present help in trouble. And suddenly, the struggles feel less difficult. If you liked that, you should check out my main site-www.voiceintha.com  And then, tell your friends!

1 John 5:12 "Whoever has the Son has life,

Whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life. This is one of those confusingly simple things. Aren't we alive right now? And if not, apparently, A=B=C. Easy. But it's not quite that simple. See, there's existing, and then truly living. It might not always be fun, or easy, but being found in Christ takes us from just punching a clock to going on special missions, sponsored by God! but first, we have to start playing on His level. Which is exactly what I invite you to do. Live in the truth. Also, if that message blessed you, check out my main site-www.voiceintha.com  And then, tell your friends!

2 Cor. 10:17 “Let the one who boasts, boast in the Lord.”

As humans, this can be hard to do. The thing is, being made in God's image, we're made to be just like him. Which means, we enjoy getting glory for stuff we can do. But Lucifer is a great example of the problem with pride. Anything we have is through the Father's grace. So it's far better we abide in that truth, living humbly by faith. Rev. 1:4b "Grace to you and peace from him who is and who was and who is to come"

Think about that for a second. We all know that God is eternal. But let it sink in. The same God who was right there when you first got saved, and were "On top of the world," is just as present when the doctor, or your boss, or whoever, apologizes before giving you news. Or when your car breaks down. He's right there. And He was yeserday, just like He will be tommorow. Forever. Matthew 18:14 "It is not the will of my Father that any shold perish."

We see this truth all over in Scripture. It's why Jonah warned Ninevah, why Abraham haggled over Sodom, and why Isreal got the prophets. The Bible even says, basically, if those guys were warned like you were, they would've been fine. But He warned them anyway, because God is kind. And He cares about us too, which kinda blows my mind. 1 Cor. 16:20 " For you were bought with a price; therefore glorify God in your body."

And what a price it was! God Himself laid down His life for your sake. Of course, being uniquely all-powerful, He took it back up. If He hadn't, He could do nothing for you. But since He did, and promised unthinkable blessings, shouldn't we lay down our lives, so we could recieve these?  If that blessed you, check out my main site-www.voiceintha.com  And then, tell your friends!

Psalm 119:14 "I delight in the way of your decrees as much as in all riches."

Shouldn't we all be like this? Maybe that's a given, but still, we keep forgetting. And that just makes sense, if you think about it. Really, we're pretty badly equipped to do this living life thing on our own. But fortunately, we don't haveto go solo!     First, God gave us the law. Then the prophets, and lastly, His own Spirit through His Son. And if we lean into this, we can get anything He gives. Including the help we need to live.  If you liked that message, you should check out my website-www.vocieintha.com  And then, tell your friends!

Psalm 46:1 "God is our refge and strength. A very present help in trouble."

This is such a comfoting passage. So much so, it's repeated quite often. But sadly, this can mean we just brush it off, without really getting it's meaning. First off- The Bible is full of walled cities getting torn down, burnt, and conquered. We build walls for safety, but they fall easily. Next, very means truly, kinda like verily. When all else fails, and we're weak, God gives us what we need. If you enjoyed that, you should check out my main site-www.voiceintha.com  And then, tell your friends!

John 1:1 " In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God."

Pretty confusing, right? Well, yeah, at first glance. But we also saw that phrase in Genisis. So, one way to look at this is pretty simple. The one word God said in the beginning was probably some heavenly language nobody could understand, but it resulted in everything. And that same part of God that made the word made us, and Jesus along with us to save us. Basically, amazing grace was the plan from the start. Because God cares about your heart.  And if that message blessed you, you should check out my main site-www.voiceintha.com  And then, tell your friends!

Psalm 119:130 "The unfolding of your words gives light; it imparts understanding to the simple."

Understanding has long been described as "Light." Christ even did that in the sermon on the mount, with His City on a Hill analogy. Yes, wisdom or understanding help people see where they are, and approach where they're going. But only the word of God is a lamp unto our feet, and a light unto our path. Offering real direction to anybody who might ask.  If you liked that, howsabout checking out my main site-www.voiceintha.com  And then, tell your friends!

Jer. 33:3 " Call to me and I will answer you, and will tell you great and hidden things that you have not known."

Of all the promises laid out in scripture, this could be the most striking. Cases of divine healing and providence show up all the time. And yes, this is so that God may be costantly glorified. But me, I struggle with confusion and ignorance. Or sometimes, I just don't get it. But here, I'm reminded that if I just call, He'll guide me, and advise me, and often surprise me. Because He provides me with just what I need. And He'llgive you the same thing. If that blessed you, why not check out my main site-www.voiceintha.com  And then, tell your friends!

1 Sam. 16:7 B "They (Mortals) look on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart.”

This is a tricky bit about faith. We survive because we see things a certan way. We've been desgned to understand things a human way. But God asks for faith. Believing things is easy if we know it's real, like tax season. It might noy be here now, but I believe in it, and it's effect. We just gotta look at Jesus the same way: You might not notice Him every day, but He's always there. And He always cares.
