Ecc. 11:5 "As you do not know the way the spirit comes to the bones in the womb of a woman with child,

So you do not know the work of God who makes everything." For all of our study, and all of our understanding, the most we can hope for is but a glimpse of the sheer awesomeness of God. So why try? Well, firstly, because even glimpsing His splendor is much better than focusing on corrupt carnal things. Second, because it's what we're created to observe, admiring His glory. And finally, best of all, He's shown us that we can be like Him, because He redeemed us, and given us everything. With joy and rest, life and peace. For eternity. John 8:58 "Truly, I tell you, before Abraham was, I am."

Out of the burning bush, the first thing God told the jews through Moses was, "I am that I am." Which means these pharisees knew exactly what Jesus meant when He said this. That this Christ, the God-Man eisted before all ages. But when was the last time you really thought about that? The Alpha and Omega, Author of all things, wants to just spend time with you. Sure, He has ideas about how you should do stuff, but that's tiny compared to just knowing Him. And the invitation for that is yours for the taking.  If you enjoyed that, check out my main site-www.voiceintha.com  And then, tell your friends!

Ecc. 7:28 "God has made man, but man looks for many devices."

That could just as well say, "Man looks for anything better." But that's not possible. God is good, in every possible sense. He doesn't just do good things, God  is  goodness itself. That might be confusing, but every good thing comes from God, every good thing happens because of God. So, by lining ourselves up with the way God does stuff, that translates to maximum good things!  If you enjoyrd that, check out my Substack, @voiceinthewilderness1. And then, tell your friends!

Gen. 15:1 "I am thy portion."

My Bible fell to this verse, wthout my seeking, at a time of uncertainty and anxiety. But God knew, and He led me to that pomise. Because He's that for me. And if you'e reading this for the first time, I wager He wants to be your great reward. So, fear not.        If you enjoyed that, check out my Substack, Voice in the Wilderness.
