Job 19:25 "For I know that my Redeemer lives, and at the last he will stand upon the earth."

What a powerful statement! Still, for just a moment, I'd like to talk about the difference between believing and knowing. Through the years, other religions have believed in talking frogs, or genies that turn into cats. But knowing a thing is more than accepting. Job conversed, tangibly, with God. Jesus was a real guy, who really died (briefly) on a real cross. And the list of how we know goes on. But from that, we believe all He said, including every promise and blesing. Because we know He's good for it. I you enjoyed that, check out my main site-www.voiceintha.com  And then, tell your friends!

John 8:58 "Truly, I tell you, before Abraham was, I am."

Out of the burning bush, the first thing God told the jews through Moses was, "I am that I am." Which means these pharisees knew exactly what Jesus meant when He said this. That this Christ, the God-Man eisted before all ages. But when was the last time you really thought about that? The Alpha and Omega, Author of all things, wants to just spend time with you. Sure, He has ideas about how you should do stuff, but that's tiny compared to just knowing Him. And the invitation for that is yours for the taking.  If you enjoyed that, check out my main site-www.voiceintha.com  And then, tell your friends!

Ecc. 7:28 "God has made man, but man looks for many devices."

That could just as well say, "Man looks for anything better." But that's not possible. God is good, in every possible sense. He doesn't just do good things, God  is  goodness itself. That might be confusing, but every good thing comes from God, every good thing happens because of God. So, by lining ourselves up with the way God does stuff, that translates to maximum good things!  If you enjoyrd that, check out my Substack, @voiceinthewilderness1. And then, tell your friends!

Gen. 15:1 "I am thy portion."

My Bible fell to this verse, wthout my seeking, at a time of uncertainty and anxiety. But God knew, and He led me to that pomise. Because He's that for me. And if you'e reading this for the first time, I wager He wants to be your great reward. So, fear not.        If you enjoyed that, check out my Substack, Voice in the Wilderness.
